PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required upfront. No negotiations or exceptions.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Chime, Venmo.
If you do not have these options, an invoice will be emailed via Square or PayPal and must be paid within 24 hours or the order will be canceled.

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard Orders: 5–10 business days (weekends & holidays excluded).
Sweatshirts, Hoodies & Baseball Shirts: Up to 14 business days.
Turnaround time begins the business day after payment is received.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are any orders needed within 1–3 business days.
Example: Payment made Wednesday with a Friday deadline is considered rush.
Rush Fee: $50 in addition to the order total (non-negotiable).
Rush order payment must be submitted within 1 hour of consultation or the rush slot is forfeited.

CASH PAYMENTS

Cash payments must be made before any work begins.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

Any additions to an existing order require immediate payment and may extend turnaround time.

DESIGN FEES & MOCKUPS

Mockups are not provided until payment is received.
A $15 design fee applies to any custom mockups when no ready design is selected.

DTF PRINTS – MINIMUM ORDER & FILE POLICY

• All DTF print orders require a minimum of 4 prints per order.
• Files are printed exactly as submitted. No edits or corrections included.
• Customers are responsible for file quality, sizing, and formatting.
• If editing, resizing, background removal, or design work is requested, a design fee will be added.
• Files must include clear transparent backgrounds. Poor or unclear files may be rejected as-is without refund.

RESPONSE TIME

Typical response time is within 2 hours, please allow up to 24 hours.

FINAL POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO CHARGEBACKS.

Placing an order confirms agreement to all 2026 policies listed above.
